Paul joined the Terra National team in 2006 and brought an expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Paul has provided detailed statistical analysis that facilitates our clients’ site selection process. Using specialized computer software to analyze the relationship between numerous demographic variables, Mr. Brandich is able to help us all better fine tune our real estate decision making processes.
As Terra National’s GIS/Marketing Coordinator Mr. Brandich is responsible for developing and publishing presentation quality maps and aerials, performing demographic analysis as well as creating, updating, and maintaining databases that track numerous national retailers, banks, hotels, restaurants, and most anything Terra National’s clients desire. He also maintains our company website, creates all marketing materials, and facilitates the marketing of properties via e-mail blasts, Loopnet, CoStar, and Xceligent.
Mr. Brandich has a M.A. in Geography from Kent State University and a B.A. in Geography from Bowling Green State University.
